The Nobel Peace Prize for the year 2010 to Liu Xiaobo is praiseworthy for those who are fighting for the fundamental human rights in the China.Liu Xiaobo is the supporter of the Charter 8 and is a scholar with the intention that there must be open human and fundamental rights in the China.The china government is not happy with this award and has no proud that a Chinese national got the world's highest honour in the form of Nobel Peace Prize.It is the matter of great pleasure for the human rights activists throughout the world that their ideology has been praised.Liu Xiaobo is going on the path of Mahatma Gandhi,he never got the Nobel but remained always above any prize or award.Onece he told,'my life is my message.'The world leaders like Martin Luther King,Nelson Mandela,Dalai Lama,Mother Teresa always got inspiration from the Truth And Non-Violence of Mahatma Gandhi.Truth and non-violence were the arms of Mahatma Gandhi.It may also be the destiny of Liu Xiaobo and the people of China.Liu Xiaobo told to his wife Liu Xia that the Award was a tribute to the citizens who killed on 4 June 1989 when the troops moved in to crush the protests centered on Tiananmen Square in central Beijing.Liu Xiaobo is serving 11 years jail for campaigning for democratic transformation of China's one party state.Liu Xiaobo wants multi party democratic system in the China.The virus like Glasnost and Parestroika has been entered in China therefore he told once tha the fate of China would perhaps be no better tnan the fate of USSR and Yugoslavia and the country probably be collapsed.Liu Xiaobo is always in and out of jail since for his campaigning for freedom of speech.fundamental rights,human rights and political liberalization.China is a country counted as a superpower and its citizens are deprived of human and fundamental rights is a matter of anxiety.On the other hand in India, there is a grearest Constitution with the provisions of fundamental and human rights is very important and now every citizen has a right to information.If Liu Xiaobo wants to get his goal for the people of China,he should learn the lessons fron the life and sayings of Mahatma Gandhi.VIKRAM PUROHIT,JODHPUR.

Maha Rudrabhishek Pokhran (Pokaran) 2010

Moti Lal Ranga, a chartered accountant of Jodhpur, born in Pokaran organised a Maha Rudrabhishek on 8th august 2010 at Narbadeshwar Mahadev Mandir, Rangon Ki Bagechi, Salamsar Talab, Pokaran District Jaisalmer for the protection of environment of the area of Thar desert after the atomic blasts. it is believed that as per Hindu Vedic mythology that practices like Maha Rudrabhishek please the Creator and destructor of this world, Lord Shiva.Because the enchantment of the various chaptors of the Rudrastadhyayi derieved from the Veda, Yajurveda.Creat a direct link with the Lord and it is believed that Lord Shiva protects his devotees.The Maharudrabhishek is performed by the well educated and trained learned Pandits having vast knowledge of Vedas.It can be performed by 11 pandits continuously for 11 days or it can be performed by 121 pandits for one day.Such a great event was taken place in the city of Pokaran instead of 121 pundita more than 525 pandits participated in the grand Abhishek for prayers.Which started from 10am and concluded with Maha ARTI AT 7 pm.The high pitch recital of mantras by hundreds of pundits in one swar made this Maharudrabhishek a spectacular event and unique of its own kind.Whole day the Shiv lingam watered continuously with milk, water, honey, curd, ghee,scent.bilva patram etc.This mega event was attended by the thousands of devotees including saints like Mahesh Muni of Ved Bhawan Phalodi, Saint Tara Devi of Latiyal temple,Swami Somdutt Agnihotri ,Leaders like Abdulla Fakir Zila PRAMUKH OF Jaisalmer,Ashok Tanwar Chairman , Municipality of Jaisalmer,Om Joshi MLA Phalodi,BJP leaders Rajendra Gehlot and Jugal Kishore Vyas, Congress leaders Balkishan Vyas Hensa and DK Joshi,Retired Judge DN THanvi,Astrologer Ramesh Bhojraj Dwivedi,Bhauji Guchiya,Mahendra Acharya and many more.It was a historical event of POKHRAN.
